‘Tank Man’
‘Tank Man’ is a short performance piece by Tim Nunn, written during Anthony Gormley’s ‘One and Other’ on the fourth plinth of

It is a one person show inspired by the real ‘Tank Man’ who stopped the tanks as they attempted to get to Tiananmen Square, Beijing in 1989 to suppress the student demonstrations. It will be performed by Gillian Lees.
‘Tank Man’ will be shown for free during Edinburgh Fringe ‘09 alongside ‘Funny (don’t make me laugh)’.
