FUNNY
:don't make me laugh

Writer Tim Nunn
Director Katherine Morley
Composer Paul Rissmann
Set Designer Kirsty Mackay
Lighting Designer Colin Grenfell
Actors Keith Macpherson, Tommy Mullins & Donald Pirie

You shouldn't laugh. You don't want to laugh. But you do laugh. Your jaws ache and your eyes water. This is comedy.

Why do we laugh? What is it in us that boils up and takes over. It feels so good but why does it happen? When it shouldn't happen - auntie's funeral, colleagues wedding, first meal with in-laws - why is it impossible to control?

Laughter can hurt.
Humour is power.

'Funny' is based on real reports from secret places, and the closer it gets to the truth the less you're going to believe it.

You shouldn't be here. You don't want to be here. But you are here. Your body aches and your eyes water. This is interrogation.

Contains strong language that may make it unsuitable for people under 16yrs.
